It was a beautiful day for a dog party, a sunny, warm, glorious spring day on the coast.  We gathered here on MacKenzie beach for a dog party, celebration and to take some photos of the happy cheque hand-off!

Thank you again, everyone, who participated in the fundraiser, who networked, gifted readings and got us to our fundraising goal!

Here are the special words of thanks from Kim, one of the many dedicated rescue volunteers with C.A.R.E:

 “Your generosity is truly amazing and beyond appreciated! I can’t thank you enough for your support and all of your hard work.  It really hits home for a few of us and I’m still in awe by the whole thing!  This opens so many doors for us and many many animals in need!
