Okay, I have successfully implemented my new Reading List!  One friend & client commented to me that she doesn’t know how psychics manage – those who book appointments months or years in advance.

I don’t know either!  I know from a business point of view, it makes a lot of sense.  Make the appointment, get the payment, lock it in.  I’ve seen other professionals post lengthy policies about re-booking fees, required notice and no refunds.  Honestly, I’ve never had a problem with payments, but I was fortunate in my last bout with the flu that all the affected clients were willing to rebook.  No one requested a refund, and I’m so grateful you folks stuck with me!

I am MUCH more comfortable with this new system and I can just feel all of the energy it has freed up.  If you emailed me for a reading, I should have contacted you by now either to book your session or to let you know you’re on the reading list.  If you didn’t get an email, could you please email me again?  I hope I didn’t miss anyone during this transition.

Isn’t it wonderful when you can do something that makes life a whole lot easier?  PHEW!
