During the last class this Saturday, I was talking about Aleya Dao and the use of sound for healing, managing sensitivity and developing intuitively.
Lo, guess who was on Karen Hagar’s podcast three days later!
Here is Aleya’s website: http://www.aleyadao.com/
In general, I’m not a fan of “plinky plunky” music, but Aleya Dao’s work resonates with me greatly. I’ve experienced actual physical shifts while listening to her meditations, including my sacrum releasing as I sat on my yoga mat – this is an adjustment that my chiropractor had not been able to get prior to that day. I don’t think it was a coincidence that it happened as I was sitting still, actively listening to Aleya. Give it a shot. You can find some of her stuff on You Tube, but the things I really enjoyed were sent to my in-box via her free “cups of consciousness” program. She also has a great relationship with whales and dolphins – she doesn’t talk about being an animal communicator, but she obviously has the skill set!
The other person I mentioned was Karen Kingston, and her book “Clear your clutter with Feng Shui”

This is the most practical guide to environmental energy maintenance I’ve ever encountered. You don’t have to be super-sensitive to notice the profound difference this will make in your life.
I really should add Karen Kingston to the “awesome books!” listing in the above tab. All of those books were wonderful reads and I consider them to be great resources.
So funny! I’m generally not a fan of “plinky plunky” music either, but I had similar experiences to yours with Aleya’s “cups of consciousness.” I listen to them over and over again. She’s definitely got a gift!
